Registration at Kupikartu.ba

Even it is possible to view events that are listed without registration, in order to make a purchases and complete the payment, it is necessary to register your account. The registration process is very simple and quick, and you get additional options on Kupikartu.ba, like reviewing previous orders and reservations, checking newsletter etc.

You can register your account at the User Registration link. Fill in all fields correctly with your information. Fields marked with * are mandatory to complete. The information you enter must be relevant and true.

Insert the password correctly (we recommend combining letters and numbers) for added security comfort. When you fill in all the fields, click Register to complete the registration process. Upon completion of the registration, an email will be sent to you for the activation of your account, after which you will be able to log in with your data.

Upon completion of the purchase, we recommend that you unsubscribe from the account by clicking on the unsubscribe link. Of course, when you visit again, you do not need to re-register, but just log in with the data you previously entered. In order to successfully login, you need to enter the e-mail address you typed when registering and your password, and then click the Sign in button.

Purchase tickets

Given the large number of events for which you can buy tickets, they are categorized and classified in several categories. This is how you can enjoy Music, Sport, Culture and Entertainment. Selecting one of the categories (for example Music), you will see all events from the specified category.

The event image, name and terms of maintenance of the specified event are displayed and protected by copyright. When on the event page, you need to select the sector / type, and proceed to the next step. When selecting the number of tickets you will be transferred to the payment method. After the payment is completed successfully and you have received the confirmation of the purchase, you will receive your tickets (E-Tickets) via e-mail address. Print your tickets and you are ready for the event.

Completion of purchase

The process of closing a purchase, or the billing process, consists of several important steps. The first step when paying by credit/debit card is to enter all data correctly. Otherwise your payment will not be successful and your order will be canceled.
